We’ve Changed our name!

The Okotoks division of the Irwin School has changed the name to be more localized!

The school began the adventure under the Irwin name in September 2006. The Okotoks instructors quickly became known for their caring approach in teaching a very disciplined type of dance.  Each child is challenged to reach their own personal best. The dancers are given the tools to grow as individuals as well as team members.

The school runs classes in a studio located within the Elks 31 Club with sprung floors and exclusive use to our dancers. Classes are held for children ages 5 and up learning both hard and soft shoe dances as well as Ceili team dancing.  The children will train to dance for both competitions and  performances.

The Okotoks dancers have performed locally at the New Towne Plaza opening, Spruce Meadows “Show Your Spirit” events, Father Lacombe Care Centre and at many schools for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. Click HERE to book a show with the Okotoks Irish Dancers.
